After booking our venue and setting our date, I felt like I deserved "some time off" from being overwhelmed with wedding planning [although I am so excited for this whole process]. Now that it has sunk in that we will be married 9/27/14, I realized I need to create a checklist, just like many of you other brides out there. I am a huge planner, and very organized, so I'm not too worried about keeping track of everything, but I realized there is just SO much to fathom in this whole process, and I love making "to-do" lists, so why not create one for this!
I'm not sure if most bakery provides (I don't think so or maybe it depends where you go) but buy a cake stand and cake server if you don't have one!

the dreaded wedding checklist! hey 2 things is 2 things! You will get there and you have time! so don't stress too much!
ReplyDeleteI had to go back and make a more personal checklist to remind myself of every.little. detail. I am REALLY forgetful, so if I didn't do that it would be a disaster :)
ReplyDeleteI would add send thank you cards to the list!
ReplyDeleteI love your blog! You seem like such a fun person and so far I've loved reading along! Since I think your blog is so awesome I've nominated you for the Liebster award :)

Cake topping, center pieces, and SHOES, of course!
ReplyDeleteHave you thought about a videographer? I decided to use one last minute and am SO happy I did!
ReplyDeleteOh I love lists!!! My saving grace was my wedding coordinator and day of planner. It's so nice not have someone else worry about it for you.
ReplyDeleteLove the list!! Sooo organized
ReplyDeleteThe happiest right now to have found you!
ReplyDeleteWe're actually hoping to book next September too, if we can ever finalize a venue this week. Fingers crossed for us!
