Preheat your oven to 425, take the grape tomatoes (just one whole package from the store), get a pan with edges (I used a jelly roll with tin foil over for easy clean up), toss the tomatoes on the pan with some olive oil and minced garlic, then pop in the oven for 15-20 minutes. I topped with fresh Rosemary, but I don't think you'd need that, you could do basil too, though.
